Procedure

Download Application Form-Indl./Company/NRI from link-Application Form
Sign Application Form, paste photo with cross signature, Name and Address should match with ID and residence proof enclosed.
ID and address Proof should be attested by Professionals-CA/CS/ICWA or by notary Public.
In case of NRI, passport should be notarised by the notary public of the particular country where passport issued.
If Foreign National is in India, Passport with visa details may be notaried by Indian Notary Public.
Send complete set of Hard Copy to us in person or by courier. In case of Renewal of DSC, undertaking is also required as per format from link-Application Form
In case of TCS : Certified Copy of Address proof, Out of any one: Passport or Driving License or Latest Telephone/ Electricity Bill or Bank Pass Book with Latest transaction page with self attestation.

Requirements

Individual - Application Form with Photograph, ID and Residence Proof duly signed.
NRI Applicant - Application Form with Photograph duly signed , ID and Residence Proof duly notarised by the country concerned.
Company User - Application Form with Photograph, enrollment request duly signed, ID of authorised signatory and company/Firm, MA & AA/Partnership Deed duly signed, Residence Proof of authorised signatory.
In all cases ID and Residence Proof should be attested either by any Professional - CA/CS/ICWA or notarised by public notary.
In case of Class 3 Dsc, it is mandatory to attest documents either by Gazetted Officer or by Bank Manager.

Bank Details

Deposit cash (Add Rs 100 for ISO Charges) or cheque in any CBS branch of any of following Bank in our bank account- D. Sign Softech Private Limited,Branch- Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055

Renewal

Only PAN Card & Residence Proof required if you have applied for renewal before or after 21 days from date of expiry of your DSC.
Otherwise Papers Required are:-
Application Form with Photograph(cross signed), PAN Card and Residence Proof duly self signed and attested by CA/CS/ICWA/Notary Public.
